Terms of Use and Ownership of Content
Paid use of site
In these Terms of Use any video responses provided by end users is referred to as "User Content". Either party may terminate use of the Site at any time. When your account is deactivated, any videos recorded into the Site will no longer be hosted and available. On request you have the ability to download the video responses for archival purposes at an additional fee. The end user has granted you the right to use their user content for the purposes and intent outlined herein. The right the user grants you to this user content survives the termination of these Terms. In addition, we may retain an archival copy of your user content after termination, and you therefore hereby grant us license to maintain such user content as an archival copy.
In these Terms of Use any content provided by end users is called "User Content".
Either party may terminate use of the Site at any time. When your account is deactivated, any videos you have uploaded to or recorded into the Site will no longer be hosted and available. On request you have the ability to download the content for archival purposes at an additional fee.
The end user has given you the permission right to use their “user content” for the purposes and intent outlined herein. The right your “User” grants you to use this User Content survives the termination of these Terms. In addition, we may retain an archival copy of your User Content after termination, and you therefore hereby grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable license to maintain such archival copy for our internal business purposes.
Trial period
videoBIO Recruiter has been made available to you on a limited term, free trial basis. During this time you will have full access to all the tools available within a fully paid Level One videoBIO Recruiter account including:
- 1 Recruiting Team Member
- Video screening (1 way question and video record answer by candidate)
- Video interviewing (2 way live video)
- Rating and short listing
These tools are made available to you for your use within certain limitations:
- A posting and the associated video responses can be actively hosted for no longer than 15 days after which time they will be deleted from the system. You can request the video files for download at no cost.
- You can have no more than 2 active listings at any time within the trial period.
- Each listing can be sent to no more than 20 candidates.
videoBIO reserves the right with notice to deactivate your trial if any of these criterion are not adhered to or exceeded.
